Founded and led by Dr Uche Nnama, Citisquare brings deep expertise in SPV structuring, project finance, and cross-border capital mobilisation — connecting African development opportunities with institutional and diaspora capital.
The firm’s flagship transaction — The Apex by Citisquare Africa, GreenTech Tower — is a US$28 million mixed-use development at the main entrance of Kigali Innovation City within Rwanda’s RDB Free Trade Zone. It represents the firm’s thesis in its most concentrated form: acquire a structurally fortified, monopoly-like position within a sovereign-backed innovation ecosystem, and build a diversified cash flow machine around it.
